05. Orders & Payment / 訂單與付款

All submitted orders are purchase requests and become valid only upon HSUNAMÏ’s confirmation.
所有訂單需經 HSUNAMÏ 確認後才正式成立。

Various secure payment methods are available.
您可選擇多種安全付款方式完成交易。

06. Shipping / 配送服務

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Fees and timing vary depending on logistics conditions.
商品將寄送至您提供之地址，配送時間與費用依實際狀況而定。

07. Return & Exchange / 退換貨政策

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

退換貨請於收到商品後 7 日內 提出。

You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.

您可以選擇 原路刷退 或退回 購物點數。

Choosing store credit includes an extra 12% bonus (112% value) as a thank-you for your loyalty.

選擇購物點數將獲得 額外 12% 獎勵（共 112% 價值），感謝您的支持。

Store credit has no expiration date and is valid for use on our official website only.

購物點數 無使用期限，僅限於官網使用。

Returns and exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer. However, if the item is defective, we provide a free exchange and will cover all shipping costs.

退換貨相關運費需由顧客自行負擔。但若為 瑕疵商品，我們提供 免費換貨 服務，並由我方承擔相關運費。

Items must be unworn and in original condition for processing.

商品須為 未使用 且 包裝完整 狀態。

Intimate items cannot be returned once unsealed. 

貼身商品（如內著）一經拆封，恕不受理退換。

11. Governing Law / 法律適用

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
本條款依中華民國法律解釋與執行。

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
若部分條文無效，不影響其餘條款之效力。
